Returns Information

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly offer you a refund as long as you meet the following conditions:

  • For hygiene reasons we kindly ask that if you are trying a wig on to use a wig cap in all cases (wigs caps can be purchased on our site or you may use one of your own).
  • Any tags must not be removed from any of the wigs or pieces when you try them on.
  • With any wig or hairpiece, they must not have been worn, styled, brushed and must be returned with all the original packaging and must not have had any type of odours from contact with food smells, hair spray, perfume or cigarette.
  • All orders are cancelled within 14 calendar days of signing for the goods and under no circumstances will a refund be issued, unless this condition is met.

Prior to returning any product, you MUST contact us. A refund authorisation number will be issued by a member of our tem here at Who wants wigs. This must be obtained before you can return any item. Should you have any queries or questions, please call us on (0034) 681049502 to obtain a returns number.

We recommend that you send the parcel via a recorded or special delivery service. Who wants wigs cannot be held resposible and we cannot accept any liability for products lost or damaged in transit. You are responsible for the return postage of any returned products.
